CEO's
Message:
Before
telling you something about scientific Study, I felt
that we need to tell you about how and why we formed
this organization. This is particularly relevant for our
understanding of what this organization will strive to
do.
During my
childhood days, I used to fly kites and play some bengal
special village games like DANGULI and MARBLES. I seldom
played anything serious in nature like Football or
Cricket. And seldom studying. I did not like it.
Honestly I used to hate it.
So, I was
used to score 30 in maths, 25 in physical sciences or
so. And I was convinced that GOD made me like this, that
I have no brain, to do maths and physical sciences. So,
I did not feel bad about my luck. After all, it was
GOD's decision to make me like a non-brainer.
Yet, when
I started 10th grade, one of my very good friend,
Santanu took personal interest in me and took me to one
maths teacher, for private tuition. Because of his
insistence, I was made to sit in the front row of that
tuition class. And what a pleasant surprise! I found
that I can understand the lecture of that teacher.
However,
before I go out for next class, Santanu asked me,
whether I did the homework for that class. I simply
said, I did not. Mentally, I was thinking that it was
supposed to be done by only good students (whom GOD made
that way). But Santanu put pressure on me, and made me
complete the homework sitting in front of him. And
surprisingly, I found that I could do some of the sums,
which even Santanu, the so-called good student, could
not do. I did not know, whether it was trick from him,
to trap me. But it completely changed my mind. That
night I started thinking that "I ALSO CAN DO SUMS! " And
believe me, I keep on thinking, thinking and thinking that night. I did not
have very good sleep that night, thinking that "I also
can do it." And the ball started rolling. I realised
that I also can do it! And immediately, I started
thinking that I also can be regarded as good student.
People, including my parents will adore me, love me.
What a sea change of fate?
And day by
day, I came to become convinced that all of us, who are
sane, can do it provided we really want it to happen.
And here comes the dream. The first and initial
requirement to make a very good career is to start with
a dream! A dream, that I also can make it. Believe
me, true dream never fails.
And now,
since I believe it that all of us can do, I proposed to
some of my friends, to give it a real try, during our
lifetime, to see, if we can do it for masses. And we
decided that we will do it in the vast Indian districts,
where people are intelligent, hard worker and can work
at par with their metro counterparts, but are not given
a scope.
And
Internet, made our work much simpler. As we can connect
our centers on Internet, actually from almost anywhere in
the globe, we choose, Berhampore in West Bengal as our
first location.
Here we
planned to give real cutting edge technology training
and put them on real work, with the experienced people
heading their group. This way, we can tap the IT
requirement in overseas locations, get it done real
cheap at Berhampore and continue to improve other
districts, slowly.
And, as I
also felt, that our students are extremely intelligent,
hard worker, ethical, honest but unfortunately without a
direction, we decided to put up a page like this, to
help them understand how to do a study scientifically.
We came across, many such research reports, which could
be of immense help to our students, parents and
teachers. We like all of us to get results from these
reports.
We also
have an open
forum here, where a parent, student or
teacher can ask questions, answer the questions of
others and we will try to answer them as well, in case
of really difficult questions, the answer of which might
be known to us. This is dedicated to people from
Murshidabad district in India, currently, as we have limited resources to answer all
questions, internationally.
I
fervently hope, that we will be able to improve the
situation in Berhampore, within next couple of years
provided, we get the people of Berhampore's
co-operation.
We are
looking forward to a exciting future for the graduate
engineers of MCET, BCA/BBA Campus and Domkal Engineering
College. We also felt that the students from the
polytechnics and other degree colleges also can make it
in the IT industry. The industry really need very good
people, who are honest, dedicated, hard working and
diligent. So, let us give it a TRY! Let's see, how far
we can take it together with you.
Your's
ever,
Samudra
PS: If you
have any questions, write us on our forum, and I will
personally try to answer them as much as possible.
(Please
come back after 7th May 2006, to find new and improved
content here.)
