In case of fixed IP Internet access, we can provide remote support at a cost of USD 15 per hour/incident. If you do not understand the fixed IP Internet access, we can help you in getting that.

We currently have EMERGENCY SERVICES only available at Tokyo location. Other locations, can use our remote support offer. Charges remains same.
