The year 2008 was the turning point of HexCode from where we never looked back.

This year the entire global market opened up to us. We started capturing the deals from different data centers around the globe. We made roads into Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Prague, Dusseldorf, Karlsruhe, London Massachusetts, Birmingham, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei and many more cities across the globe.

We worked collaboratively with major telecom players in the world in providing the optimum solution for all the data centers. We began at Frankfurt where we installed the entire WDM set up for one of our loyal clients.

Simultaneously they had decided to install the same equipment at their Amsterdam location. In the first instance we did not get the call to set up the process in Amsterdam since there were existing IT support providers available.

Fortunately for us the work was mishandled by the existing service provider which resulted in us getting the call.

Our founder and CEO, Mr Samudra Dutta Gupta travelled to Amsterdam and got the entire problem resolved within five hours. We got the job done because we knew what we were supposed to do and where the problem existed.

Although this was just a troubleshooting assignment since the basic job of laying the WDM set up was already done, still, what we gained out of this was the complete trust of the client and after which everything was a cinch for us.

A similar such event could well justify our words. In Malaysia we had one of our clients who were having a problem with a secured server wrack comprising of around 14 servers or more. The internal engineers could just not find a solution to the problem. When we visited the site we took the risk of breaking up the security lock and then resolved the issue.

Although we broke the lock, which had to be re installed what was more important for the client was that the job was done. That’s precisely where our engineers are one step ahead of others. We have the ability to think ahead. To our clients it seemed that whenever HexCode takes up a project the entire deliverables seem effortless.
