We at HexCode decided to institute widespread distributed units in assorted parts of the globe to essentially serve the clients’ queries based in the respective countries.

Initially for resolving the queries of our first client based in Boston, we at HexCode wanted a human to attend their calls and not an answering machine.

Although we shared a 14 hours time zone difference between Boston and Tokyo and our business working hours differed to a great extent, we could not afford to make this an added pain in the neck of our esteemed clients.

So for proper remedial measure, we initiated our business setup at USA with the primal objective of reconciling all the queries of the US based clients.

With the passage of globalization of our business and expansion of our service standards we are planning to setup more offices around the globe, fetching our clients with more prompt and better service facilities.
