The augmentation of HexCode Technologies was not a walk in the park.

When we look back, we recollect that we had really provided some very efficient services, yet not so captivating work in the first hand which helped us acquire a lot of business in the later stage. 

From changing a single hard disk in a multi national company to resolving a small query about how to maintain a back up for the Outlook mail box, we did it all - just to gain the trust which we knew was most important foundation of surviving in this business. Believe it or not, we saw the consequences pouring back even after about eight months.

The Managing Director of the company offered us to look after the maintenance of their entire computer setup after about 8 months, from the day, when I voluntarily helped him to take outlook backup, without asking for money. Thus proving our worth in providing an unmatched quality of service aided in creating a colossal customer base, which have been loyal to us.

Following this we started acquiring more and more business from various parts and this was primarily due to our endeavor to prioritize our focus on customer deliverables and not merely on our service remuneration.

We preferred sleepless nights to haunt us but we never allowed the same to happen to our loyal customers.
