Our establishment in India was predominantly with the vision of imparting knowledge to young minds who could actually transform themselves into the GenNext professionals. The journey of the skill flow from a small town in India to one of the major metropolis of Japan did not effectively materialize as we had visualized. Initially we discussed the idea of setting up the infrastructure with two of the major players in this field. We were unable to give a proper shape to the idea as there were basic differences between our business thought orientations. We thought this establishment would reap long term future benefits. But this was not in harmony with their ideation.
Henceforth we decided to hit the road alone. We hired graduate level engineers and bestowed them with related books, presentations, manuals and all the requisite hardwares and softwares so that they could prepare themselves for various Microsoft certified courses. We also created a multi user forum or a chat room for their convenience where one could go through the interaction made between others for their own learning. We even made recurrent visits in various educational institutes to conduct motivational summits but all in vain. However in the course of time we comprehended the fact that they were somehow unable to deliver at the level they were expected to. They were not in sync with the fundamental vision of HexCode. There was a substantial communication disparity which resulted in deficiency in our deliverables. In short we failed to inculcate the necessary zeal in them to convert themselves as market ready professionals. For three years we persisted to make this venture a success but nothing worked out. Even the basic level software and networking projects were turning out to be a complete fiasco and we were impelled to take them back.
On an aggregate level the team did not know how to apply themselves in real life since they were devoid of ardor and devotion towards their career. We took this as a huge learning experience and decided to look forward turning our failures as the pillars of success in the coming days. Currently the Indian setup merely exists as a share point of resource planning. Even after all this HexCode has decided to recuperate with a positive approach and set up another unit in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The struggle to persist with our vision, on which we have full faith, prevails.
